Borrowing Policies

1. Library cards are free to all residents of Manor Borough and Westmoreland County.
2. One form of identification with a current address, preferably a driver's license, is required to apply for a library card. For patrons under 16, a parent or guardian signature is required. 
3. All items are loaned for 14 days, including books, magazines, audio books, DVDs, and videos.
4. Any item may be renewed for a maximum of 2 times, if the item is not on reserve.
5. You are responsible for all activity on your card or your child's card. 
6. The charge for lost materials is the current list price plus a processing fee.

Overdue Fines Effective November 23, 2009

Books/Audio Books       25 cents per day
Magazines                    25 cents per day
Videos/DVDs                50 cents per day
Inter-Library Loan         25 cents per day
