Borrowing Policies

1. A photo ID is required to apply for a library card.  For patrons under 14, a parent or guardian signature is required.
2. Books, magazines, and audio books are loaned for 2 weeks.
3. Videos are loaned for 2 days.
4. Any item may be renewed for a maximum of 2 times if the item is not on reserve.
5. You are responsible for all activity on your card and your child's card.
6. The charge for lost materials is the current list price.

Overdue Fines Effective March 1, 2002

Books/Audio Books    10 cents per day

Magazines                   10 cents per day

Videocassettes            50 cents per day

Inter-Library Loans     25 cents per day

Notice:  If you/your child has overdue books and/or outstanding fines, you will not be permitted to use the computers until your materials are returned and fines paid!  Computer privileges are reserved for those patrons in good standing.

Identification is required to apply for a library card.
